Future Changes
To streamline updates, changes to the choices or ingredients within a standard line can be made in advance and applied when needed, including adding, removing, or updating item quantities.

Creating Future Changes
Follow these steps to add a future changes to a standard line:

Find the required standard line from the product list using search or product type filters

Select the Portions tab

Click Ingredients As Of and choose Create New, click Yes to confirm, select the required Date and click OK
If there are existing future changes these are displayed by date in the drop down and above the drop down with 'Future Portions Exist', when creating new changes these will be based on the original date selected - 'current' or 'other date' in the list

Complete the required changes

Remove Choice or Ingredients

Add Choices or Ingredients

Change Quantities of Products

Change Cook Times

Cancelling Future Changes
Follow these steps to cancel future changes:

Find the required standard line from the product list using search or product type filters

Select the Portions tab

Click Ingredients As Of and choose the Future Date to cancel

Click Cancel

Confirm Yes to continue
